The Herzliya Native Planning and Constructing Committee has accredited for deposit a plan promoted by Ackerstein Group (TASE: ACKR) through which Beit Ackerstein shall be demolished and changed by a mixed-use 30-floor tower with residences, places of work and business house.
Beit Ackerstein is on the northern entrance to the Herzliya Pituah industrial zone between Medinat Hayehudim Road and Hameda Road adjoining to the Coastal Freeway (Street 2). The prevailing constructing has simply 5 flooring with 5,500 sq. meters of house. The brand new tower shall be constructed on a 2,360 sq. meter lot.

The brand new tower will embody 59 small residences, every about 50 sq. meters in dimension, together with 12 residences that shall be leased for 20 years at a 20% low cost, as a part of the inexpensive houses plan.
